When is the myPLDT Smart App decommissioning, and how will it affect my account or services?

Starting November 15, 2024, the myPLDT Smart App will no longer be available for download in the App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android devices. Current users will not be able to log in to the app.

Continue to manage your account as we provide you with better channels for support:

What will happen to the aftersales requests submitted through the app?

Our support team will still handle all requests submitted before the decommissioning. You may file your future concerns in the channels mentioned above.
