I want to downgrade my Fiber plan.

To request a downgrade, send us a message through PLDT Cares Messenger. You will be required to submit, via documents@pldt.com.ph, one government-issued valid ID if you are the customer of record, or a letter of authorization and one valid ID for both parties if done through a representative.

Is there a fee for downgrade of plan?

For Customers Outside Lock-In Period: Downgrading to a different Fiber plan is free, but you will be subject to a new 36-month lock-in period.
For Customers Within Lock-In Period: Downgrading to a different Fiber plan is now free. However, downgrading will reset your lock-in period to 36 months.

If you are downgrading your existing Cignal plan, you will need to pay a one time fee of P1,500 or P500/month for 3 months.

How long is the processing time for downgrade?

Your downgrade request will be processed within 24 - 48 hours upon service order issuance

Will my existing lock in period continue after the downgrade?

No. Your lock-in period will be refreshed to 36 months after the completion of your downgrade request.
