With the Call Forwarding feature of PLDT, you don’t have to be near your phone to get your calls. Your calls can follow you to wherever you can be reached – be it at another landline or cellphone. This feature enables you to divert calls from your phone to another regular phone or cellphone.
Customer should have no other pending service request and account is not under treatment.
To request for activation, login to myPLDT Smart app from Google Play or Apple App store and choose "Help Ticket" then "Aftersales" and under "Category", select "Feature Activation" and fill out the form.
Processing and activation time is within 24 to 48 hours upon issuance of service order.
There is a one time service charge of P50 billed to your account to activate the feature and a Monthly Service fee of P50.
All calls forwarded are charged to your account at a corresponding rate depending on the destination number (i.e. destination number is a cellphone number, charges are at cellphone rates).
Local Fees: Free and unlimited International Calls outside your home zone rate (NDD): P5.10 per minute International Call rate (IDD): $0.40 per minute Mobile Rate: P14.00 per minute
