With the Call Waiting feature of PLDT, you can receive another incoming call even while you are engaged on the line. While engaged on the line, you will be alerted to an incoming call by a series of "beep" tones.
Customer should have no other pending service request and account is not under treatment.
To request for activation, log in to myPLDT Smart app from Google Play or Apple App store and choose "Help Ticket" and then "Aftersales" and under "Category" select "Feature Activation" and fill out the form.
Processing and activation time is within 24 to 48 hours upon issuance of service order.
Yes, there is a onetime service charge of P50 billed to your account to activate the feature and a Monthly Service Fee of P59.
