Dear Valued Subscriber,
Effective June 21, 2023, MVP Rewards and Loyalty Solutions, Inc. (“MRSI”) will transfer the PLDT Home Rewards Program (the “Program”) back to PLDT Inc. (“PLDT,” “We,” or “Us”).
This development would mean that:
- The Program will be owned and operated entirely by PLDT;
- All Personal Data that you previously submitted to MRSI for your registration to the Program will be transferred to PLDT;
- You will need to accept the new Program Terms and Conditions to continue your membership and qualify for the Program benefits;
- All Crystals that you have earned for 2023 under the Program will be transferred to PLDT.
- If you are the Subscriber-On-Record (“SOR”) of the PLDT Home account/s previously linked under the Program, the validity period of these Crystals will remain the same;
- If you are not the SOR, you will need to update your rewards membership profile based on the new Program Terms and Conditions under PLDT to continue earning Crystals;
- The ways in which members may continue to earn Crystals for the Program will remain the same; and
- Moving forward, all communication that you will receive in relation to your membership in the Program will be sent from and by PLDT.

Starting June 21, 2023, PLDT will also become the Personal Information Controller (PIC) of your account, giving us control and accountability over the processing of your Personal Data.
